Fleet Forwarder
Organising and coordinating road transport with our own fleet across Poland and the EU.
Responsibilities
- Planning and optimising transport routes
- Dispatching and real-time communication with drivers
- Managing client and sub-contractor relationships
- Overseeing the execution of transport orders
- Processing CMR documentation and trip settlements
- GPS monitoring and driver working-time control
- Handling complaints and crisis situations
Requirements
- Experience in freight forwarding or dispatching (min. 1–2 years)
- Knowledge of road transport regulations and the CMR Convention
- Proficiency in TMS systems or forwarding platforms
- Communicative English or German
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivation, initiative, and analytical thinking
